I don't argue with that... the most recent news said what? "substantial reduction of issued and outstanding" Not "Reverse split" Right? So if they were planning an RS the latest news would have stated that when mentioning the share structure reductions... right? Makes sense...imo its already been publicly addressed

A valid point is made and looking forward to official updates from the company ahead.

I also have to be honest and practical and agree with this other poster that an error on the scale of stating "reverse split" in lieu of "reverse merger" in an official company PR needs to be clarified in another official press release.

Personally I am not worried about it though considering the set up of the share structure here.
