Shabby? More like dishonest and the sale of those 40 Mill will hurt existing shareholders. I think today's action is wholly false, probably a series of wash trades perpetrated by the holder of the CD. The PPS has already tumbled quite a bit ... and still down 75% from just a few months ago.
