I'd rather have someone with more science expertise weigh in on this, but what I've read has me wondering if 2-73 might help with the vascular issues that cause the permeability in the BBB.

We have evidence that it helps with blood pressure issues.

Why wouldn't restoration of cellular homeostasis help secure the BBB too?

I do think the new evidence discussed this weekend pretty much puts the vaccination theory out of business. You don't vaccinate against a symptom and it's now pretty clear that plaque does not cause the deterioration of the brain that causes dementia.

I think you will find moving forward that the more things that yield results farther away from the brain or earlier in the anti-inflammatory cascade involving the gut or vascular compromise, it will be a negative for 2-73.
