Ike, there was a development plan filed with the county about 8? years ago, and the county response is public record (do not have it right now, but search "Sawston Business Park").

What is clear is that there is a core area just past the big warehouse with a few smaller buildings that can be developed. It is surrounded by land that can not be developed.

The big unknown is that the county said for any type work that involved moving land, digging, foundations etc. they needed to get an approval that it would not cause a contamination issue.

I doubt we will ever hear anything more detailed than that. IMO, a totally wasted question.

So how about:

35 On December 5, 2018, NWBO entered into an agreement with regards to its property near Cambridge, UK. Did this result in the sale and/or transfer of the contaminated land and its associated liability and is there any current decontamination requirement to NWBO's use of the remaining 17 acres?
