I probably won’t even look. It’s an oral hearing. Unless this is some sort of oral hearing I’ve never heard of before, everything after will be pure speculation by people who don’t know what they’re talking about tech wise, as to what was said and who beat who. No matter how the hearing goes, SFOR “longs” will come out and say “wow we crushed them!”. There could be a 100 page transcript with one sentence where the judge leaned SFOR’s way verbally and that would be considered a win to SFOR “longs”. I’ll wait to see what the judge rules down the road. If SFOR wins, great, their lawyers finally did something right. If they lose, it’s all over. Back to trips.
My question to you is, do you really think this one hearing paves the way for SFOR forever? You foresee no other issues? After all that’s happened up until now, you really think this would mean all defendants will bend over and start pleading for mercy? I think this was plan A. And they probably have a plan B, C, D, and E. Not to mention, SA has never admitted they are using what SFOR has. They got sued and decided to dismantle SFOR’s patents in response. They could be using something completely different this whole time. Something they already license or own.
I’ve never tried to purposely talk bad about SFOR. I’m just saying it how it is. And above, that’s reality. Something many here choose to acknowledge. Maybe blinded by pride or rage? Who knows...
