I think I'm just going to sue xnrgi and d'couto in small claims court so I can at least see and speak to chris. I'm done with being so passive. It might not do much but waste money on filing fees but I will definitely feel better.
I got a response from Dr. d'Couto. At least he got back to me. No funny comments Bill. "We have been dealing with various logistics issues relating to sending out the letter. This is expected to go out within the next two weeks."
