Read the news in the sticky notes. They are paying off notes early in full! I just posted some DD on it. The new CEO is cleaning out the last of the debt with cash buyouts from debt holders. There were 2 left a couple days back there could be 1 now. Lot's of big news. It is all explained in the recent PR.

With what funds will they buying back with? 250million shares ain't nothing to sneeze at
