Institutional holdings may even be higher as the other institutions file their 12/31/2018 holdings. Currently there are 18 that still haven't filed for 12/31/2018, showing 9/30/2018 as their last filed amounts.

Your numbers are grossly overstated. The chart you linked to shows institutional ownership is tiny.

You claim institutions own almost 50% of the shares when in truth they own 00.05%.

I hold more shares than 19 of the 28 current institutional holders. Glad to see count is going up all while more acquisitions and more devaluation takes place.
