Back in 2014 having nothing to do with current management at all Soli and a bunch of other tickers got suspended. In 2017 old SOLI management sold the ticker/company to current Management who hired Sec attorneys to become a fully SEC Reporting company.. They have filed a Form 10 to become a fully Reporting company and come off the grays. You can read about it all in the filed 10-12G (Form 10). New Management did a Reverse Merger. Once effective a Sponsored Market Maker will file a form 211 and Soli will come off the grays. This has been a long process well over a year and it’s almost done!
