Per their SEC filings their date is October 31. I will not waste time justifying it as it is well known.


The fact is they are 2 years delinquent and I know many smarter than me professionals are betting on on 10 K's never being filed.

If they do, they will be under the microscope and I have been told they can't possibly match the forward looking 8 K's.

It may be way beyond an SEC case if they file.
