If xnrgi was being cheap they would have just converted the shares already and not offered a fractional payout. If Neah valuation is only a fraction of xnrgi that would be blatantly illegal. Money/patents/ or shutdown govt. is what is slowing this down if you ask me. No info by Wednesday and I will start my legal actions.
