As someone who has claimed to read every post here you should have then read some posts by a poster who has predicted all events very accurately and even the "MASSIVE REVERSE". That poster is the one who claimed they would allow current NEAH holders to participate in the new XNRGI at a 2X to 3X premium.
The premium is due to the fact that Legacy NEAH would be only a percentage of the whole in the New XNRGI.
He also did not specify when that would happen although, providing it to only some legacy NEAH shareholders later on who had enough NEAH shares to qualify for XNRGI stock seems less than legal.
