Thanks Walter. I reached out to Jim on a different question and I am waiting to hear back from him as well.

Your reply from Jim sounds pretty concrete to me. Financing can come before permitting is completed.

Thanks walterc for posting Jim Sims answer (#45134)to you about permiting and if it is impacting financing.

Key point to me is (relative to any possible delay because of a federal NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) permit):

At the Elk Creek Project, we have all of that behind us. This is thanks to Scott and his team of engineers who successfully designed the Elk Creek Project in a manner that avoids the environmental impacts that require a project to go through NEPA-level permitting processes. This fact has served as a compelling element of the attractiveness of this project to prospective capital investors.

Walter, great info, thanks, I haven't checked in here lately, do we have any financing deals close to becoming reality yet, last I recall there was some German opportunity, and something here domestically being pursued, are those still the primary opportunities?

It would be nice to hear something soon, looking on 3 year chart the Fast Stochastic showing an unfavorable crossing now, fundamentals can always trump the technicals though!
