The new information that made me sell was the knowledge that China Merchants Group no longer has any affiliation with Dichain Holdings the principal shareholder of CTGLF. Therefore CTGLF has no working capital and with the news that Dichain Holdings defaulted on Pearl Oriental I thought it was time to sell. I should offer that technically Pearl Oriental holds a 5% share of CTGLF but with the default on the part of Dichain Holdings it is unlikely that CTGLF will be able to remain in its current form. I was a true proponent of this stock but unfortunately China Merchants Group pulled the rug out from under them.
