I'm fairly sure the answer to #3 is No. Almost certain in fact, based all that I've read about it over these many months. I'd love to know the answers to the other two right along with the rest of you, #2 especially.

And as far as the patent PR is concerned, seeing as that has been confirmed for a while now, I am much more interested in the trial completion and test results and their implications than I am about a patent PR. As a result, if there is a PR specifically for the patent, I will be looking eagerly to what if anything they might say in addition.

Company is looking to have distribution centers set up in 2019 outside NYC, Chicago, Las Vegas to sell directly to retailers, restaurants there. They are looking to provide shrimp 7 days a week, every week of the year.


Amendment to S-1 something lawyers felt was needed.
