Here is my thinking what happened in the last 12 months. I do not believe that McBride intentionally put out in SEVU's PRs large sales numbers for last year and for this year. I believe, that the shorters screw up SEVU's financials therefore SEVU could not start manufacturing sooner. Because SEVU could not go to AMEX, and it is clear that no company gets loan for manuafacturing on the OTCBB, because the share as a colletarol is not enough while they are on the OTCBB, therefore the production and projected sales delayed.
Furthermore, the law for sales related announcements each quater was different then last year. Last year the companies could annouce sales after orders not just after shippments.
Therefore, any lawsuit against SEVU and McBride is a money making machine to the lawyers because in couple of years they will settle such suits, but the shareholders will not likely see much money.
Now, SEVU is quiet. I believe SEVU will make similar sales numbers this year and next what they projected for last year, because frankly the Secureview is a great and hot product on the market.
I also talked to companies with parking lots, they could not believe how cheap Secureview was to resolve their problem. After I showed them my Secureview they immediately contacted SEVU for purchasing.
Recent sales on SEVU appears to be from the formal Gopher guys and looks like they might be finished soon. I hope to hear good news from SEVU soon regarding big sales.
