Anything is possible, but from an IP practice perspective the patent should be assigned to Anavex otherwise Cecchi owns it.

Another assignment can be done anytime if some other entity takes ownership of the IP.

Guess for whatever reason it is ok that for the last about 18 months Cecchi has been and is still the owner of the IP.
