It's a Good Thing, because it delays the S-1 entry of 60M new shares into the market.

We'll have to wait to see what, if anything, SHMP changes in the S-1.

That filing is huge! It basically says, “at this point we no longer need to execute the original filing and if something changes that makes it necessary we’ll file an update”...Makes me think they either got a buyout offer that is too good to pass up, a licensing agreement, partnership or a better financing deal. With the technology and better than expected harvest #s any of those scenarios are likely. Monday the price sky rockets!

Does the "S1 delay" change the 10 day window allowing for the 20% discount to be determined by a lower future PPS - or - is the S1 bound by the 10 day window prior to filing the S1 on December 14, 2018?
