I find falconer's posts to be most coherent and enlightening.

Apparently the USPTO thinks 2-73 is sufficiently unique.

MOA is not fully understood, obviously all of those Big Pharma Alzheimer's trials didn't have a MOA that they understood either.

We should have a conclusive answer by end of year, possibly by mid year.
