I disagree. Using "historical U.S. data" when the U.S. is in the middle of trashing their own procedures would be foolish.

Using "historical U.S. data" developed for failed drugs with sloppy diagnostics would be rather unscientific.

Using "historical U.S. data" for a trial using precision medicine protocols with state of the art diagnostic methods would be absurd.

You have an OPINION there are deficiencies in the FDA process and therefore you feel it's correct to say it will not be used for this tiny company trying to develop an early stage compound with scant data when 1000s of other compounds continue along the traditional path. Yeap, makes perfect sense...invest according to that premise and see how things turn out.
