From my conversations with E*TRADE yesterday, I would have to agree. They said that if the ticker was delisting, it would have shown up in their system.
So after this dividend payout, TNSB will still be trading.
Since the record date is before the ex date, it looks like the 24th will be the last day to buy shares to receive the dividend.
