Pimpin....I loaned them money, for restricted shares of stock in their private placement. How about that for having faith in their business plan? I would like to see at least THOSE shares get even again. They need 2 years to mature to the point where there is no sizeable fee to convert to tradable shares, and I will be damned if I am going to pay a fee to be allowed to sell at a loss. And by the way...I am not complaining. I am discussing the situation, which in many cases, is at odds with those who believe the company's future is all roses,and that management is solid. Forgive me, but many long time shareholders have earned the right to remain unimpressed

You should also tell it like it is Pimpin....today's ~18% gain (at the top) will most certainly be sold off late today and leave either a new group of bag-holders or some very happy pumpity dumpity flippity do's!

GZFX will continue to sell Billions of SB-2A shares onto the market and continue to do so regardless of how low the shareprice goes...today's pop is nothing more than a technical swing and when she comes crashing back down (and it will)....what then....oh yeah, pay some more twenty somethings on that bus to pump this pos to sell more shares!

It isn't time to buy back in yet, and I feel sorry for anyone buying in at the top today....
