The US price will have to follow as arbitragers take advantage of the price discrepancy, i.e buy low on the OTC and sell high in Asia. This will bring the price into alignment. Arbitrage trading via computers looking for the tiniest price differential is common in dual listed exchanges/jurisdictions.
