I read your Post pertaining to the conversation w Hernandez. I think that if you read between the lines "SKYSHOP" is out!! And the company merging in is http://www.skypartsusa.com/en/Default.aspx

The reason I believe I am right is if Hernandez was out of the picture, he would have simply granted Custodianship to another person to clean/merge.

So basically old management is using Skyshop as a shell to merge in something new of their own.
