All the banks are excepting merchant services now for these products. Which tells me nobody cares about what the DEA thinks anymore because CBD from hemp has clearly been removed from the infamous schedule 1.
Don't worry about the FDA. It is a total scam and has been for decades. They stopped protecting the citizens when Senators and Dems realized the bat poop crazy amounts of money that could be made as lobyists bribing the FDA. The big boys will be sending planeloads of money to DC probably starting last month.
