First off we never should have invaded Iraq. By doing that we strengthened Iran big time. Iran has more influence in Iraq politics than we do or do you not comprehend that by now? We have troops stationed in Iraq but the Shia are now in control of Iraqi government. Saddam was a buffer against Iran.
So when things go South in Syria we can just go back in - do we/you never learn from history like the troop draw downs in Iraq and Afghanistan and what happened then? Stupid is as stupid does.
So Iraq has oil are we going to take it like our idiot and chief stated? We can include that on the impeachment list.
By having American troops in Syria some things are prevented from happening. Good luck with what follows.
