I just saw that reuters item also. So what a 40% premium todays price based upon a non hostile takeover? Would seem it can't be cheap with KUPOL and new finds around it this summer, Cerra Casale, and what did they find in their drilling program this summer at Refugio?
Should be at least $7.50 CAd but would think many longer term holders would want above $8.
