He said the health insurance companies wrote the bill. That is patently wrong. No one suggested that everything he said was wrong, or that the bill was perfect.
There is no doubt his far-right fixation with the deep state conspiracy stuff destines him to be wrong more than right. It comes goes with that territory. Just saying he obviously is not one to go to to get a true picture of any situation. There were a number of untruths in that video.
The bill would have been much different and better (more to your liking, i'm guessing) if conservatives had worked with Democrats honestly and conscientiously on the project.
As far as D'Souza's absolute certainty the decision will not be overturned, as far as i can see, the opposite view is taken by more experts than not. On that we can only wait and see.
