They may not be SHMP's natural but this is something that I eat perhaps once a week..... While the shrimp shown cost me about $3 lb... the New Zealand imported Rib-Eye is nearly 5x that amount... ouch!!
Bobby Flay is not going to convince a chef with a following. Flay would be good for selling frozen shrimp to wanna-be home "chefs".
It's going to take a sales force with the right connections. Unless SHMP has those connections (and I doubt they do), they'll need to rely on a Ben E Keith or Sysco for penetration.
