Ok, a R/S is a possibility. Normally that would produce a negative reaction, making fund raising more difficult for a stock. But in an affinity scam stock, a R/S would probably be cheered. Giving the Tutes more room to wiggle out, as retail gulps down the shares. Much like stock dilution with no accrued value for SHs is ignored for scam stocks.
