I don't believe there was such a deal, at least never saw such in print. Good deal for Egan is there was though - rented 312,825,952 shares for one year for $25K; currently worth nearly $21M; an 83,000 % ROI.
Who knows, maybe if Delfin doesn't use the shell there is some mechanism to return it to Egan & friends and they run the pps up to crazy levels with theGlobe.com Inc. part deux...
Where did you learn this from? Remember Egan is no longer an officer of TGLO. Jones is the CEO. What does that tell you? All directors on board of TGLO are from Delfin.
