I remember reading it here but not who posted it so it was clearly unreliable information to scare folks into selling.

TGLO only has one director, Fred, who is also President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, after having replaced Rusty.

From the latest 10-Q:
"Furthermore, since Mr. Jones is also the sole member of our Board of Directors..."

Don't know who Delfin LNG's directors are, if any.

Delfin Midstream's 3 directors are/were: Jones, Kalisman (Talisman Funds) and Cardinal (Enbridge), as per the 13D/A from July.

Fairwood Peninsula's 7 directors are/were: Jones, Kalisman & McNeil (Talisman), Cardinal (Enbridge), Matthew Weil (CFO for Delfin - lists himself as CFO of Delfin LNG on his Linkedin profile but doesnt show up on Delfinlng.com), Peter Gill (Investor) and Fabricio Mitre (Investor), as per the 13D from Dec.31/17.

I expect there has been a few changes since, like perhaps the addition of a director or two from Golar - directors of which company is the $64 question...
