I wonder just how many scenarios could be explained with this idea of going public and/or raising capital and/or acquiring??? A hundred or a thousand? Everything doesn't always fit in a nice little box.

That is a distortion of what the articles being posted mean. They are talking about how a private company becomes public, not how a public company can acquire a private one. Reverse merging is a way to avoid an IPO, not how to do one, and still become a public company. In a reverse merger, the private company more or less acquires a company already selling stock to become public.
No amount of misreading or misrepresenting is going to get nFusz to where it is doing another IPO into any exchange. Its stock is already bought and sold on the OTC, and any additional stock will be priced to the underwriter at a discount to the current PPS.

Yes, the nonsense has unfortunately picked up once again.

They can't explain why 'initial' was removed from the S1, yet they persist on posting totally unsupported theories.

Here's something that isn't theory: There's going to be a Reverse Split.

If an IPO was really going to happen and this is really a billion dollar company that AGP recognizes as such, there would be no need for a Reverse Split.

Or, is the RS just a facade to 'confuse' just like removing the word 'initial' is also to 'confuse'. That would be anti-shareholder.
