Both companies are already operating as one company.
Why spend all the money and do the work if it wasn't a done deal?

JP Morgan name comes up a lot lately. 25 mil is nothing for them.........

Sorry, but the notion forwarded about the reverse merger is absolutely not applicable to nFusz. It is already public, and its stock has a price from the market. No amount of misleading information or interpretations of those articles will change that.
