may be Amarin and the likely EU partner are the reason for that old EMA news got a new phase yesterday with a full meaning of what HDG is saying: old O3 scripts will be replaced by V scripts in EU. I think the likely EU partner is hitting the door of EMA enquiring paper work for EU approval.

I will mention as an aside that following the failed ASCEND study of Lovaza, it's our understanding that in Europe there is some questioning going on by regulatory authorities as to whether [indiscernible] should continue to be approved in Europe giving that failed study which was funded by the British - The Heart Institute.
