The simplest explanation is that AVXL is in the FDA woodshed and has been there >1 year. This is an AVXL FAILURE not a problem with the US system.

It may be your interpretation of the simplest answer, nothing more. Unless perhaps you can back your interpretation up with specific knowledge?

If there are fundamental problems with the way Anavex operate and approach regulators, it is not apparent with the EMA and the Australian regulator.
