“You can use” as in if you were to have it shipped to Hawaii not that there was actually an order placed. So if you were to order and have it shipped to Hawaii and are concerned about price then the discount helps. Before it sounded like you were upset about an order you placed with costly shipping but based on the “response from the company” that is not the case. I trust the company over speculation against the company. So what part about the video proof of the pen communicates that the pen does not exist?
