That isn't how it's done. The SEC doesn't want to be advised of his intentions. If he wants NHPI to become an SEC registrant once again, he needs to prepare and file a registration statement. So we'll be watching for that.
He will, of course, have to explain that NHPI is in the financial business, is largely active in former Soviet bloc countries, and headquartered in Cyprus...
