I realize how careful they have to be regarding protecting their finances, and, there will be expenses they will start to incur if they have to play the game of showing that they are prepared to go it alone if need be, which is often played by startups, but, if they shortly are able to initiate a Direct trial that message is very strong on all levels. The one I find most interesting is that I think it will say that they have a clinical development plan agreed to with FDA.
