Does who ever drafts the footnotes for HHSE have even a high school education much less a professional degree in law and/ or accounting ???? The footnote doesn't even make sense. Either Uptown dismissed its claims in 2q or it didn't, HHSE SHOULDN'T report that they are "going to".
