Pros

Comedy. The CEO is a clown and was at deVere too. Awful advisor and illiterate!

Cons

Everything about the CEO is so wrong.
The products are highly expensive because the commissions are front loaded. They are endowment policies without the illness cover.
The CEO was misselling products at deVere and they all clawed back!
Michael Doherty the CEO has no qualifications.
Bad atmosphere in the office.
Staff theft of salary from management.

Advice to Management

Close the office and work at subway or Burger King.
