Yes that is pretty much what is going on here. I believe OTC markets will have the paperwork this week and they take 2 business days to approve. It's coming!

Sooth_Sayer, I agree totally. Spoke with Dr. Dalton again and he thinks filings soon. I know that is the most over-worked word in OTC, but he said waiting on lawyers and accountants. I said we should see a nice jump in PPS, and he said absolutely. He does not feed me any info about UNVC. I originally contacted him about my son who has a minor neurological problem and I had some questions about cannabis for my son. Thats our relationship. But he does seem almost giddy about what is coming, both filings and partnership arrangement with Agrimed. GLTU. JB

same accountants this poster was told about in April

I just spoke with Dalton(CEO) and
he said things are going just fine
with the filing process. He is
still waiting on the accountants/auditors
to finalize it and he will put out
a press release once completed.

Yep, its hit or miss calling him and
for me its still the o'l "not if but when"
He also mentioned, to paraphrase,
that there are no problems with
the 'quarterlies' and that 'investors'
are patient as apposed to the
'day traders'...just waiting for
the accountants to finish and sigh off
on...then PR
