I just spoke with Dalton(CEO) and
he said things are going just fine
with the filing process. He is
still waiting on the accountants/auditors
to finalize it and he will put out
a press release once completed.
No time line was given, I suppose that
would be 'material' information and
go against FD rules. He also mentioned
it has taken longer because of the number
of years they've had to audit ...so tic toc!
