is there any evidence that even a single dose of DCVax-L has been manufactured by Advent in London?
That's a good question Ex
We know Kat had her's made in the US.
And Chris had his made in Germany
Sept 12, 2014: "I got another call from Stavros Polyzoidis. Unfortunately, he needed to ask me to attend the Apheresis Unit at KCH yet again, as the sample taken last time and sent to Germany had been contaminated there and could not be used."
Advent has facilities in London. And makes products. Don't we even know that they make product for that new company LP has ties to? Nice of NWBO to pay the rent though.
They not only pay the rent, they pay for the capacity to produce whether or not anything is made.
And as you pointed out, we have zero evidence dcvax was ever made there (and 2 examples of UK patients who had their treatment made outside the country).
The Advent Agreement provides for certain payments for achievement of milestones and, as is the case under the existing agreement with Cognate BioServices, the Company is required to pay certain fees for dedicated production capacity reserved exclusively for DCVax production, and pay for a certain minimum number of patients, whether or not the Company fully utilizes the dedicated capacity and number of patients.
The InMune filing says:
We have contracted with, Advent Bioservices, a contract manufacturing organization to produce the master cell bank for INKmune using good manufacturing practice, or GMP, clinical material. Advent Bioservices used GMP manufacturing facilities leased from the Centre of Cell, Gene and Tissue Therapeutics (“CCGTT”) at the Royal Free Hospital.
Would Linda use facilities leased and paid by one company to manufacture for a different company she owns?
That would sort of be like this NWBO lease:
Sublandlord shall have the one-time obligation to use reasonable efforts promptly following the Sublease Commencement Date to cause to be installed at Sublandlord’s cost building standard suite entry signage identifying Subtenant and three of its affiliates, namely Toucan Capital, HealthBank and Oncocidex (collectively, the “ Named Affiliates ”) at the main entrance to the Subleased Premises,
