I see, so husband and wife now living on different continents? Just so happens one at Cognate (Chief legal officer) and one now at Advent as COO (was/is Cognate CFO). Cognate bought itself out, and no reason given why Advent would not want to do the same. Yet you believe nothing to see?

I agree about Blackrock not being interested at that level, but my hypothesis involves the same team who facilitated the Cognate buyout. So that's Tennenbaum (now owned by Blackrock), Medivate, and a Sovereign Wealth Fund, plus or minus one or two partners.
