Three problems:

1. The post you posted and the post you were replying to mentioned nothing of Donald Keer, nor Andiamo. How was anyone supposed to understand that's what you were referring to?

2. We've gone over this numerous times. There's no value in selling water out of the basement of a hotel in NJ.

3. What are you even quoting? If you put quotes around something, you should cite it. Again, not finding any reference to this while tracing back the chain of posts...

I was referring to Donald Keer and Brian Conway.

I suspect Keer is or was doing engineering DD on Legends !!!
