#16621 RE: Full Contact Yoga #16589

You said the following so I had to Google some more  (Oh, and please bear with me if ALL/PART of the following is OLD NEWS. I'm new here so it's NEW to me. :-) )

You said:

old applications you've posted for a dilapidated entity that currently does not exist...

And, well, yeah, doesn't look good. Now.

But I do believe they plan on renovating the whole place and also the addition of the "Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel."

Okay, I couldn't find anything under "The Brookwood Recreational Resort." as mentioned in the PR. Quite puzzling. :-( But "Presidential Mountain Resort, LLC. exists and, perhaps, just a corporation name. Anyhow, I called the number listed and spoke to Yizthok Rudich, President #(1-646) 460-2847. HE is real at least. :-) He confirmed they signed an LOI.

Confirms that "Presidential Mountain Resort, LLC" exists, at least.

I also checked for upcoming hotels called "Homewood Suites by Hilton" in the New Hampshire area and there weren't any planned (or so I thought):

https://homewoodsuites3.hilton.com/en/about/locations/upcoming-hotels.html#?regionId=188&subregionId=604

0 hotels match your selection.

...but I did find this:

http://www.newhampshirelakesandmountains.com/Articles-Littleton-Courier-c-2017-11-21-163598.113119-20-million-hotel-planned-in-Bethlehem.html

"Salmon Press", I would think, they would have done some pretty good research for the content of the article. They are legit and have quite a lot of "LIKES" (11,046) and "FOLLOWERS" (10,700) on Facebook.

Not particularly thrilled with what I found I did one more Google Search before saying "Screw it" I typed in the names "eversource rudich" and up popped some additional stuff! I also Googled "northern pass rudich" and there was more reading material there also. (I'm done reading it, however). And finally:

http://indepthnh.org/2017/02/16/in-the-north-country-economic-optimism-brings-an-unusual-crop-hotels/

And then I quit searching. The thing that bothers me is that the news/PR, as usual, contains this:

Safe Harbor and Informational Statement

Which, as far as I'm concerned, allows the CEO to do/say almost ANYTHING he wishes to without getting into legal trouble.

Well, usually:

https://www.dykema.com/resources-alerts-is-your-forward-looking-statement-safe-harbor-safe_08-12-2015.html

Anyhow, enough is enough. But I do hope the CEO here provides much more information about all this. Heck, I actually couldn't find if the construction plans have been approved or not!

good luck
