Okay, I couldn't find anything under "The Brookwood Recreational Resort." as mentioned in the PR. Quite puzzling. But "Presidential Mountain Resort, LLC. exists and, perhaps, just a corporation name. Anyhow, I called the number listed and spoke to Yizthok Rudich, President #(1-646) 460-2847. HE is real at least. He confirmed they signed an LOI.
"Salmon Press", I would think, they would have done some pretty good research for the content of the article. They are legit and have quite a lot of "LIKES" (11,046) and "FOLLOWERS" (10,700) on Facebook.
Not particularly thrilled with what I found I did one more Google Search before saying "Screw it" I typed in the names "eversource rudich" and up popped some additional stuff! I also Googled "northern pass rudich" and there was more reading material there also. (I'm done reading it, however). And finally:
Anyhow, enough is enough. But I do hope the CEO here provides much more information about all this. Heck, I actually couldn't find if the construction plans have been approved or not!
