Between the CEOs... at LIBE and Cigawatt? They might be neighbors, or have shared a bottle of Pepsi at a vape shop once. Cigawatt probably has what's called a "Store Manager" rather than a CEO, though. Or is there something implied by replacing O(fficer) with zero?
