And where's the marijuana, CBD, and THC component to this business? Massive liabilities, ongoing dilution, and a Facebook account that a vape shop chain (with two stores) is being acquired by a company that has repeatedly failed to acquire event a 51% stake in a farm.

I might have missed something, but those are the facts I'm aware of.
